Jelena Hadžović
Founder & CEO, Felixe Nova
Jelena is Felixe Nova’s change management and strategic communications lead, a certified Core Change Management Practitioner with 15 years of experience supporting organizations in digital transformation, strategic planning, organizational development, and sustainability. She has guided more than 50 organizations through change processes, revenue diversification, audience growth, and innovation initiatives. Previously, she served as Ads for News Director and Change Management and Sustainability Program Lead at Internews and has also worked with Thomson Foundation, IREX, RNIDS, and Civic Initiatives. Jelena holds a BA in Journalism from Belgrade University of Belgrade Faculty of Political Sciences.

Bojana Jevtović
Founder & Project Management Lead, Felixe Nova
Bojana is a senior policy and programme manager with more than 15 years of experience designing and managing complex international projects focused on institutional capacity building, policy development, and cross-sector collaboration. She has worked with organizations including UNICEF Serbia, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Regional Youth Cooperation Office, Belgrade Open School, and Civic Initiatives. Her expertise includes project design, proposal development, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, fundraising, and organizational capacity strengthening, with a strong focus on building partnerships between public institutions, civil society, the private sector, and international organizations. She holds a BA in International Studies (European Integration) from University of Belgrade Faculty of Political Sciences.

Eldin Hadžović
Research and Intelligence Lead, Felixe Nova
Eldin is a journalist, editor, and research professional with more than 20 years of experience covering political, social, and media developments across the Western Balkans. At Felixe Nova, he leads strategic intelligence, ecosystem research, trends analysis, and audience insight, helping organizations navigate complex political, social, and digital environments. Throughout his career, he has contributed to media outlets including Deutsche Welle, Balkan Insight, ARTE, Kosovo 2.0, and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. He currently serves as an editor at FoNet News Agency and works with several regional media outlets as a correspondent and columnist.

Jason Lambert
Founder & CEO, Felixe
Jason is a senior executive and leader at the intersection of news media business performance and technology. Jason has managed the Digital division of the UK and Ireland’s national news agency; run a financial services marketing agency specialising in driving traders and institutional partners to forex, stock, and derivatives brokerages; created an online advertising representation business for news media; and consulted with news media in more than 40 countries in digital and strategy development.
Jason is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Elshad Gojayev
Founder & CTO, Felixe
Elshad is a full-stack news media technology specialist with almost two decades of experience strengthening media organisations. Elshad has a deep, hands-on understanding of news media platforms and performance data, and is regularly engaged by publishers to optimise digital operations, analytics, and revenue performance. Elshad’s expertise also spans programmatic advertising and the integration and optimisation of Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) to maximise publisher revenues. Elshad combines strong engineering leadership with a nuanced understanding of the technical and commercial realities of modern media.
Elshad is based in Baku, Azerbaijan.
